About the Artist:
Inspired by the intimacy of everyday life, Danish artist Nina Flagstad Kvorning’s work depicts small objects in voluminous colours that give the motifs depth and texture.
“My creative process almost always begins with the material I am working on and one specific colour,” Nina tells. She mostly works with oil and soft pastels on paper or cardboard. From there, Nina sketches the motif in pencil until it is time to add her characteristic use of colours. “I begin with that one colour that inspired the work in the first place, and slowly add in the other shades until I am satisfied.”
In general, the use of colour is a central part of Nina’s artworks. Not only because of the moods they bring but also the sensory quality. The texture of the pastels enhances and compliment certain feelings and memories tied to the motifs she presents.

Delivery Time:
We aim to get our parcels out on the same day if ordered before 12pm however during busy periods this isn't always possible. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please get in touch.
Couriers:
Orders are usually shipped with Royal Mail, however we also use DPD or UPS depending on the size of parcel. Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and you will be updated on your parcel's progress by either text or email. You will also be able to manage your delivery, including requests to leave parcels in a safe place/ with a neighbour and to arrange re-delivery.
Larger Items:
An additional charge of £20 will be applied to items that are larger, heavier and more difficult to send. Items with an additional charge will have it stated in the product description under "Delivery". These items require special care and different delivery requirements to standard courier services.
Free delivery over £60 includes delivery of products to UK addresses as long as order is over £60. On larger items such as furniture and artwork there is a delivery charge of £20
